The theory of the taoist massage, same as for the philosophy of Tao, is based on the concept of Qi, the body energy, its circulation and its quantity. Its main aim is to re-establish the flow of energy and blood in order to preserve and ascertain a state of good health.
For each level, at the end of the course, you have to present an exam, which is made of a theoritical exam of the 2 hours and a practical exam of 2 hours, in which you have to execute a massage integrating in it various types of re-balances, whether energetic, therapeutic or/and organic.
Level I: Yin-Yang Jing Tao
- Aim: Following the laws of Ying-Yang and of the 5 elements, re-balance the Yin-Yang levels of the principal meridians and consequently of the correspondant organs.
- Tools utilized: 12 PM, 2 MV, 125 points of acupuncture
- Duracton: 56 hours (14 x 4 hours)

Level II: Wai Jing Tao
- Aim: Decontract the most external part of the body (Wai means "external"), i.e. the muscles and the bones, in opposition to the most internal part of the body (Nei means "internal" i.e. the organs (Zang Fu)
- Tools utilized: 12 PM, 6 UM, 8 MV, 12 MTM, families of points of acuuncture, 8 divisions of the illness
- Duration: 64 hours (16 x 4 hours)

Level III: Nei Jing Tao
- Aim: Re-balance the organs (Zang Fu) which can be found in the depth of our interior (Nei means "internal")
- Tools utilized: 12 PM, 6 UM, 8 MV, 12 MTM, 15 Luo, 12 DM, families of points of acupuncture , chinese physiology
- Duration: 80 hours (20 x 4 hours)
