To learn to nourish ourselves better, we have to be well informed about the energetic Yin and Yang values of the foods and flavours and adapt them to our temperaments and our actual state of health. That does not mean that we have to eat "chinese food" everyday. We can simply adapt the chinese concept to occidental nutrition. “Simply”, because the principles of chinese dietotherapy are easy to understand and apply.  Once they have been well understood and dominated, they enable us to adequately combine foods and remain in good health, i.e. in a state of life's essential balance.  This life's essential balance is what everybody looks for.
